These terms cover the Pomelo iPhone app and this website, made by Tundra Industries, Hawaii, United States. Using the app means you accept them.
What Pomelo is
A count. Pomelo notices which country you are in, records the days, and adds them up against the rules you set.
What Pomelo is not
Pomelo is not legal, immigration or tax advice. Location can be wrong or missing: a phone that is off, a border you crossed in a few minutes, permission you turned off. Visa limits change, and the built-in ones carry the date they were checked. You are responsible for your own stays and filings. Check the rules with the authority or an adviser before you rely on a number. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for overstays, penalties or tax outcomes.
Your data
Your days are yours and they live on your phone. We do not receive, host or back them up. Keeping a copy is your job: use Back up in Settings, or an iPhone backup. Resetting or deleting the app deletes them for good.
Pomelo Pro
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores on devices signed in to it. Prices may change for future buyers.
Fair use
Do not decompile, tamper with or resell the app, and do not try to unlock Pro without buying it.
Availability
The app and this site are provided as they are, without warranties. We may change or end features. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tundra Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
